Product Description
Beef extract is a tan or dark brown paste obtained from fresh beef which is defatted, digested, filtered, concentrated, sprayed and dried. It is rich in creatine, creatinine, peptides, amino acids, nucleotides, organic acids, minerals and vitamins water-soluble substances, etc. In addition, it contains more methionine, more vitamins and other growth factors needed for bacterial growth.

Application
It supplements the peptone and other nitrogen sources have nutrient deficiency and is a high-grade raw materials of microbial ferment industry.
Usage
Fully dissolved and sterilized before use.
Packaging
Compound Paper Bag with 25kg/bag or Cardboard Bucket. Reagent-grade products are packaged with 250g plastic bottle (or be packed according to the measurement requirements of customer and OEM Package as well).
