Production Description
The product is made from the high-protein baker's yeast through autolysis, enzymolysis, separation, concentration and drying technology. Besides of protein, peptide, amino acid, yeast peptone is also rich in nucleotides, vitamin B and biotin, etc., which can provide comprehensive and balanced nutrition to bacteria. Used in combination with yeast extract and other medium components, it can promote the growth and metabolism of microbes to improve production efficiency.
