The bacterial colony was typical and the score was 3.0. The inhibition of it was poor and the score range was 1-2. The appearance of the medium was good and the score was 3.0. The performance index of the basic medium was higher when the concentration of beef extract solution was 3-5g/L, which was 10, and othe concentrations were 9.0. That indicated the beef extract powder has good effect when its solution concentration was 3-5g/L.
